we did not want to leave there, strongly recommend. we enjoyed this small hotel. the room overlooking city was large. the bed was comfortable with hypo-allergenic pillows.

The room was a good size and had smoke detectors for safety.

Nice hotel in the best possible position in the middle of jackson. Good food. Reasonably large and exceptionally nice room and fairly clean bathroom with a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets. Very friendly staff and quick to respond.

Beds were old.

The location couldn't be better, just a short walk from the train station and the castle. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a great view of the castle from the window. The bathroom was clean and the bed was big and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. We also appreciated the free bottles of water provided. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we were able to park our car on site. The location was perfect, right next to the cycle path and within walking distance of the city's attractions.

Can't fault anything about it. Our stay was perfect from start to finish.

The staff was VERY PLEASANT and helpful. There were big beds and central heating in the double room. Flat-screen television and a writing desk were provided in the room.

The staff was helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome. the setting of the hotel was good, centrally located in Jackson. There are nearby attractions like an expansive public park a short distance from the hotel.
